Jacava Nail Polish

I’ve been wanting a new muted grey polish so when Jacava gave me the opportunity to select my favourite shade it was an easy decision! I chose the shade City Heights and I was pleasantly surprised to receive Cappuccino Cream and a UV inhibitor top coat along with it.

The bottles are so pretty, Jacava uses 22 carat gold on every bottle, giving a more luxurious feel. The shades are equally as pretty, Jacava have an online colour selector which you can use to ‘try on’ the different shades to see how they might look on your nails which I think is a good edition to the website. Jacava definitely have shades to suit everyone, from dark berry shades to vibrant blues and creamy nudes and so on. I really love the shades I received, City Heights is a purple toned grey, Cappuccino Cream is a creamy, chocolaty brown and the top coat has a UV inhibitor which helps prevent your nail polish from fading and becoming discoloured.

The formular itself is very thick and creamy, but you do need more than one coat for it to become opaque. I really like that the wand handle is so long as it makes it easier to apply. For some reason every nail polish I put on my nails chips ridiculously easy but I currently have on City Heights and it’s lasted quite well, even after a couple shifts at work!

Jacava nail polishes are non-toxic and ‘8 free’. They don’t contain Formaldehyde, Camphor, Toluene, DBP, Cellophane, Phthalates or animal ingredients. There is also no animal testing on all Jacava vegan friendly, non-toxic nail lacquers.
